At Cords Club, we want you to love your corduroy essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, we've made the process seamless and straightforward.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
